Community Policing through building relationships; especially with the youth which boosts morale and respect between the police and the community.

Working with residents to establish block/neighborhood associations to work with Neptune Police and encourage residents to participate in Block Watch training.

Advocating for Police Explorer program, and expansion of P.A.L (Police Athletic League) program and fully funding the programs.

Working with state agencies to receive state funded grants for re-entry & reintegration and Mental Health response and services.
